What the audit is
The audit is an honest, outside read of how your business shows up online. It looks at public information and tells you what is working and what to fix first. It is my opinion, built from a system I use with clients. It is not a guarantee of results, and it is not legal, financial, or marketing advice you should follow without thought.
What it costs
One audit is $19, paid once through Stripe. There is no subscription and nothing renews. You pay for one read.
If the audit does not finish
Sometimes a site cannot be read or something breaks on my end. If your audit fails to finish, you can retry at no extra cost. If it keeps failing, email me and I will refund you. I would rather give your money back than hand you something half done.
Refunds
If you paid and the audit did not deliver, you get your money back. If you simply disagree with what it said, that is a harder call, but reach out and we will talk like adults. I am not interested in keeping money I did not earn.
What I read
By running an audit you confirm you are fine with me looking at the public information tied to the website you give me. I only read what a stranger could already find.
Fair use
Use the audit for your own business or one you are allowed to act for. Do not run it to harass someone, scrape competitors at scale, or break the law. I can decline service if it is being misused.
Booking a call
Booking a call is free and commits you to nothing. Work together is month to month with no long contracts. We start when it feels like a fit and stop whenever it does not.
Changes
If I change these terms, the updated date below changes too. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the law where you live.
Reaching me
Anything unclear: email ty@tywalls.com. A real person reads it.
