What I collect

If you book a call, I receive your name, email, website or business page, selected time, timezone, and recording consent. If you use the message form, I receive your name, email and message. If you request more information, I receive your preferred delivery method and your phone number or email address so I can send it by text or email. If you email me, I receive the details you choose to send.

If you share the team overview, the website and email provider process your teammate’s email address and any note you include to send that one-time email. The recipient receives the note and overview. This does not add either of you to a mailing list.

If you scan a printed QR code, I count the visit and may receive broad details such as country and device type. I do not save your IP address in that scan record.

How I use it

I use this information to reply, understand whether I may be able to help, and keep normal business records. I do not sell the information you send through this site.

Services that help run the site

The website host, site analytics, booking provider, email provider, and video-call provider process information as needed to run the site and schedule and hold your call. Their own privacy terms also apply to their services.

When you choose to watch a portfolio video, the site loads a Cloudflare Stream player. Cloudflare receives the connection and playback information needed to deliver the video.

Call recordings

Content calls are recorded with your consent for planning and follow-up. Earlier interview recordings retain their agreed purpose: creating your videos and personal page, with you deciding whether and where the finished work is shared.

How long I keep it

I keep inquiry information only as long as it is reasonably useful for our conversation, client work, or ordinary legal and recordkeeping needs.
