Privacy

What I do with your information.

If anything here is unclear, email me and I will explain it.

What I collect

If you ask for an honest read, you give me your name, your email, and where to find you online. If you book a call, your name and email. If you subscribe, your email. I do not ask for anything I do not need.

What I look at

A read looks at what a stranger could already find: your website, your public reviews, your public posts. Nothing private, no logins.

Analytics

I use Google Analytics and PostHog to understand how the site gets used. PostHog includes session replay, which shows me how a visitor moved through a page. There is no advertising tracking.

Pages made for you

Some pages here are made for one person, like a video I recorded about your business. Those pages tell me when they were opened and how much of the video was watched, so I know whether it reached you.

Email

When you send the form, it lands in my inbox and I reply myself. The newsletter runs on Beehiiv, and every issue has an unsubscribe link that works.

Payments

If we work together and you pay me, Stripe handles the payment. I never see or store card numbers.

What I do not do

I do not sell your information. I do not share it with advertisers. I do not add you to any list you did not ask for.

How long I keep it

I keep what you send me only as long as I need it for the work and my own records. If you want what I have about you deleted, ask and I will.

Cookies

The site uses what it needs to work, plus the analytics above. Nothing for ads.

Reaching me

Questions, or you want your data removed: email ty@tywalls.com. A real person reads it.
