What I collect

When you run an audit, you give me your website address and, if you want, a sentence about what you do. When you book a call, you give me your name and email. That is it. I do not ask for anything I do not need.

The audit reads public information

The audit looks at things a stranger could already find: your website, your public Google reviews, and your public social posts. It does not log into anything and it does not see anything private. If something is not public, the audit cannot see it.

Payments

Payment is handled by Stripe. I never see or store your card number. Stripe processes the charge and sends me a confirmation that you paid. You can read how Stripe handles your data on their site.

The AI that writes your audit

To write the audit, your website address and the public information above are sent to an AI provider that generates the read. They process it to produce your result and do not use it to train their models on your business.

What I do not do

I do not sell your information. I do not share it with advertisers. I do not add you to a mailing list without you asking. Your audit is yours.

How long I keep it

I keep your audit and booking details only as long as I need them to do the work and keep my own records. If you want me to delete what I have about you, ask and I will.

Cookies

The site uses the minimum it needs to work, like remembering your audit so a page refresh does not charge you twice. There is no advertising tracking.

Reaching me

Questions about any of this, or you want your data removed: email ty@tywalls.com. A real person reads it.
